Immortal Bird: Blackened death grind practitioners confirm June U.S. tour with Glacial Tomb

Chicago forward-thinking death grind practitioners Immortal Bird will embark upon a U.S. mini tour alongside Denver blackened death outfit Glacial Tomb (Khemmis, ex-Abigail Williams). The band’s latest journey will begin on June 7th in St. Louis, Missouri and ravage its way through ten cities, coming to a close on June 16th in Denver, Colorado. View tour dates below.

Comments vocalist Rae Amitay, “This should be an awesome time, not just because Glacial Tomb is a ripping band, but because I get to spend another birthday on tour and end the run in the great state of Colorado. And we’re playing with so many good bands! We’ve been writing new material and we’ll be playing a lot of it at these shows, getting ready for the studio. This may be our last tour before we record.”

In related news, Immortal Bird appears on “We All Want Our Time In Hell,” a Samhain tribute compilation which includes Ghoul, Brain Tentacles, Midnight, Child Bite and many others. (Read the Live Metal review where we singled out Immortal Bird as one of the standout tracks.) Set for release via Corpse Flower Records next month, the collection finds Immortal Bird covering Samhain’s “I Am Misery.” For further info visit THIS LOCATION.
