Steel Panther is extending its “Sunset Strip Live!” tour with new dates in late November and December. The next leg will kick off Nov. 29 in Chicago, Illinois, at the House of Blues and wraps up Dec. 9 in St. Louis, Missouri, at the Pageant. The band also will make stops in Grand Rapids, Michigan; Detroit, Michigan; and Cleveland, Ohio. Fellow party animals Wilson, who have toured with Steel Panther in the past, have been tapped as special guests for these new dates.

Steel Panther also recently announced the release of its first-ever distortion pedal for guitarists. From the genius mind of guitar icon Satchel, the band is releasing the “Pussy Melter. “The pedal, which is made in the United States, has four knobs and a toggle switch so guitarists of all genders can customize the “Dirty,” “Sizzle,” “Booty” and “Load” parameters of the tone to their individual liking. The pedal will be a limited run with pre-orders underway. Units will begin to ship to consumers on Oct. 1.
