Cloak offers advance stream of new album ‘Black Flame Eternal’

Cloak has partnered with Black Metal Promotion for an advance stream of its upcoming full-length, “Black Flame Eternal.” The record is due Friday, May 26, 2023, via Season of Mist and can be heard below.

“With more than two years in the making, we’re ready to release the new era of the band into the world with fire and fury!” the band said. “Today we present to you the full stream of our third album ”Black Flame Eternal.’ Hail to the true supporters, we’ve only just begun …”


Cloak will hit the road for a run of live shows in support of the record’s release, and the full run of dates can be found below. In addition, the band will host an album listening party this Saturday, May 27, in conjunction with its appearance at Hell in the Harbor festival in Baltimore, Maryland. The official after party will take place at Angel’s Rock Bar and will be headlined by labelmate Tombs.

“Black Flame Eternal” is the follow-up to Cloak’s 2019 album “The Burning Dawn.” The new record can be pre-saved across all streaming services here and pre-ordered here.
