Dorothy shares single ‘Tombstone Town’ featuring Slash, new album ‘The Way’ due March 14

Rock vocalist Dorothy will release her new album “The Way” on March 14, 2024, via Roc Nation. She also has shared the new single “Tombstone Town” featuring guitar icon Slash. Watch the lyric video below, and pre-order the new album here.

“‘Tombstone Town’ is a sexy boot-stomper about betrayal, revenge and mercy,” Dorothy said. “Slash lends us his legendary guitar playing, and the music video has surprising twist at the end.”

Slash himself sums it up perfectly: “‘Tombstone’ Town is a sexy rock ‘n’ roll grind, featuring Dorothy’s inimitable swagger and great guitar hook.”

“This album is a love letter to the fans,” Dorothy said. “I’m letting them know everything is going to be okay, and we”ll help each other find the way—even if we get lost at times.”

Over the course of 2024, Dorothy architected what would become “The Way” alongside songwriter and producer Scott Stevens (Halestorm, Shinedown, Daughtry). Expanding the creative palette, they leaned into heavier rock spiked with a healthy helping of Southern swagger and country-style storytelling.

“The Way” is Dorothy’s fourth full-length, and it follows “Gifts from the Holy Ghosts,” released in 2022.
