Orbit Culture shares visualizer for new single ‘Nerve’ from upcoming album ‘Death Above Life’

Swedish metal band Orbit Culture has shared a visualizer created by the 3-D wizards at Crystal Spotlight for its new single “Nerve.” Watch it below, and pre-order the new album, “Death Above Life” (Century Media Records, Oct. 3, 2025).

“With ‘Nerve,'” the band said, “we’re leaning back towards the older Orbit Culture sound, blending in cleaner choruses and a twist at the end. This track has been with us for years—we just didn’t know what to do with it, especially since the verses felt a bit uncharacteristic for us. But that’s exactly what we ended up loving about it. Visually, the song felt too ‘larger-than-life’ for a standard performance video. After years of bouncing ideas with Miles Skarin at Crystal Spotlight, we knew this was the perfect track to bring into a fully realized 3-D world.”

Discussing “Death Above Life,” guitarist, vocalist and songwriter Niklas Karlsson said: “The album represents change, a new beginning. It brings up a lot of good and bad emotions but it’s a big change for the better. It feels like a rebirth.”
