Just in time for the season, rising metalcore act Dark Divine has shared its latest single, “Halloweentown II: Welcome Home,” via Thriller Records.
“‘Halloweentown II: Welcome Home’ means exactly what the title implies,” vocalist Anthony Martinez said. “We depicted the original Halloweentown as a place to be feared. However, what happens when you realize you might be enjoying the party in the afterlife? I wanted ‘Halloweentown II’ to be a means of accepting the macabre and becoming one with it. You get to be a part of the party 6 feet underground. Just let it take over you and enjoy yourself.”
Fans in the United States can catch Dark Divine on tour now with Blessthefall, Miss May I and Colorblind. See tour dates below.
Dark Divine gained widespread recognition in 2022 with its first single, “Halloweentown,” which earned spins on SiriusXM’s Octane and landed on major playlists such as Spotify’s Rock Hard and Apple Music’s Breaking Metal. The band released the “Halloweentown” EP the same year, followed by its full-length debut “Deadly Fun” in 2023 and the deluxe edition of “Deadly Fun” in 2024.
Dark Divine appeared at the Inkcarceration Festival and Motionless in White’s Apocalypse Fest in 2024, and has toured alongside Black Veil Brides, Ville Valo, Holding Absence and Crown the Empire. So far in 2025, the band has toured with Ice Nine Kills and the Summer of Loud (featuring Killswitch Engage, Parkway Drive, Beartooth and I Prevail) and returned to Inkcarceration.
