Sevendust asks ‘Is This the Real You?’ on first single from 15th studio album ‘One’

One week after announcing its 15th studio album, “One,” Sevendust has shared the lead single “Is This the Real You?” The song is available on all streaming platforms, and the music video can be seen below.

“It was as honest, natural and pure as any song can be,” guitarist John Connolly said. “If you really want to know what Sevendust sounds like in 2026, ‘Is This the Real You?’ gives you a good idea.”

The animated music video, directed by Paul Ribera, follows a sharply dressed character who possesses the power to compel people into actions they wouldn’t normally take. As the story unfolds, each character is confronted with a hidden side of themselves, mirroring question of the song’s chorus: “Is this the real you?”

“One” will be released on May 1, 2026, via Napalm Records and is available for pre-order now.
