Volbeat has debuted a new animated video for “Leviathan,” the latest single off its seventh studio album, “Rewind, Replay, Rebound” (Republic Records). “Leviathan” was directed and animated by Steven Mertens, and is based on a painting by Karsten Sand that originally appeared in the album artwork for “Rewind, Replay, Rebound.” Watch the video below.
The band recently released a live video of “Leviathan” as part of its ongoing “Official Bootlegs” series. The video was recorded last year at the Barclaycard Arena in Hamburg, Germany, and was edited and directed by Brittany Bowman and Shelby Cude with audio mixed by Jacob Hansen.
