Candlemass to headline Hell in the Harbor pre-party in Baltimore

Swedish doom metal band Candlemass will headline the pre-party for the inaugural Hell in the Harbor festival on Friday, May 26, 2023, in Baltimore, Maryland.

The lineup for the event at Baltimore Soundstage also includes Warhorse, Devil Master, Kontusion, Withered, BastardCröss and Total Maniac.

The two-stage event will feature more than 30 bands, including metal icons Cannibal Corpse, Napalm Death, High on Fire and Pig Destroyer, plus hometown shows for Baltimore’s Dying Fetus and Misery Index.

The open air main stage on Market Place will be the centerpiece of a unique festival experience, with local vendors, carnival games, sponsorship activities and much more lining the streets. A second stage, just a few steps away in the bowels of Baltimore Soundstage, also will feature two full days of programming, as well as the pre-party.

In addition to the pre-party, Maximum Hell Packages include a Hell in the Harbor T-shirt, poster and free access to the Pentagram Pancake Brunch on Sunday with all-you-can-eat and drink breakfast and Bloody Marys/mimosas/Irish coffee (vegan options available).
