Louder Than Life, returning for its 10th year in 2024, will feature the return of Slayer to the concert stage, along with fellow headliners Mötley Crüe, Slipknot and Korn. The festival will take place Sept. 26 to 29 at Highland Festival Grounds at the Kentucky Exposition Center in Louisville, Kentucky.
Slayer, which completed its final world tour in November 2019, will feature Tom Araya on bass and vocals, guitarists Kerry King and Gary Holt, and Paul Bostaph on drums.

Louder Than Life will offer five full stages of music, with additional performances from Disturbed, Judas Priest, Five Finger Death Punch, Evanescence, Falling in Reverse, Breaking Benjamin, The Offspring, Staind, Till Lindemann, Chevelle, Dropkick Murphys, Halestorm, Gojira, Seether, In This Moment, Anthrax, Sum 41, Mastodon, Tom Morello and many more. In total, almost 150 acts will be part of the festival weekend, along with Louisville’s finest spirits and top local cuisine.
