Chicago thrash metal band Misfire has shared a music video for “Left for Dead,” with a guest vocal appearance by Rob Dukes of Exodus and from the band’s new full-length, “Product of the Environment,” out now via MNRK Heavy. (Get the album here.)
“Everyone deals with demons in their mind at one point or another,” Misfire frontman Tim Jensen said. “Loud thoughts that rapidly overthrow one’s peace of mind. This song confronts them with even more volume and intensity and forces them to get out of your head! Joining us on this, we had the honor of having Rob Dukes of Exodus lend his ripping vocals for a crushing guest feature.”
“Misfire is a great band,” Dukes said. “Love the guys and it was an honor to sing on this track. It’s a killer song.”
Misfire previously released videos for “Product of the Environment” tracks “We Went Through Hell” and “Living the Dream.”
“Product of the Environment” includes guest guitar solos by co-producer/engineer John Douglass, mixer Alex Parra (Paladin) and Death Angel’s Rob Cavestany. The record features cover art by Rick Zesati, and is available on CD, LP and digital formats.
