“Look Outside Your Window,” the album that Slipknot members Corey Taylor, Jim Root, Sid Wilson and Shawn “Clown” Crahan during sessions for the band’s 2008 album “All Hope Is Gone,” will receive an exclusive vinyl release on Record Store Day 2026. The event will take place Saturday, April 18, at independent record stores and also include releases from Sleep Token, Meshuggah, Motorhead, Judas Priest.
In the downtime during the recording of “All Hope Is Gone,” Taylor, Root, Wilson and Crahan began to freely create songs for themselves, exploring new directions with no outside expectations. Over the years, the existence of this project has seen coverage in outlets including Vice, Revolver, NME, Kerrang! and manyothers, and the fans have only grown louder in their demand to hear this album.
The Record Store Day release, limited to 2,300 copies, will be splatter vinyl with a die-cut jacket, purple foil on the front of the jacket, purple flood inside the jacket and embossed text on the back of the jacket.
