Twiztid’s Astronomicon 5 to feature Corey Taylor, horror and pop culture icons

The pop culture convention Astronomicon 5 is set to descend upon Michigan again om April 2022 with a lineup of celebrity guests and a new location.

The event, curated by musical duo Twiztid, will take place at Burton Manor, Livonia, Michigan, on the weekend of April 22 to 24 and will include an array of guests from across all facets of entertainment, including Slipknot and Stone Sour frontman Corey Taylor, movie stars Judge Reinhold (“Fast Times at Ridgemont High,” “Gremlins,” “Beverly Hills Cop”), Peter Dante (“Grandma’s Boy,” “Mr Deeds,” “The Waterboy”), Richard Brake (“Game of Thrones”), Erik Stolhanske (“Super Troopers”), Zach Galligan (“Gremlins”), pro-wrestling legends Kevin Nash and X-Pac, and horror icons Bill Mosley (“The Devil’s Rejects,” “The Texas Chainsaw Massacre 2”), David Howard Thornton (“Terrifier”), Danielle Harris (“Halloween,” “Halloween 4”), PJ Soles (“Halloween,” “Carrie”) and

As well as the host of celebrity photo ops, Astonomicon 5 will feature panels, a cosplay competition with a grand prize of $500, a kids cosplay where every kid in attendance gets a prize and a snack, a VIP party featuring performances from ABK, Boondox, The R.O.C. and Bukshot, and a Saturday night concert headlined by Twiztid with special guests Blaze Ya Dead Homie and Alla Xul Elu.

Last year’s Astronomicon took place in Ann Arbor, Michigan, and featured a lineup of musicians, pro-wrestlers, horror movie icons and actors for three days of panels, signings, photo ops, comics, collectibles and more. Watch the recap video from Astronomicon 4 below.
