Acid Bath, the influential sludge metal band that reunited in late 2024 after being inactive since the 1990s, is the first headliner announced for the 2026 Milwaukee Metal Festival.
“For the last three years, the number 1 requested band the fans wanted for Milwaukee Metal Fest was Acid Bath!” festival co-organizer Jamey Jasta said. “We could not be more excited to have them in 2026!”
Acid Bath guitarist Sammy Duet said: “We are delighted to return to the Milwaukee Metal Festival after our last appearance there 32 years ago. We are looking forward to seeing all of you there!”
The festival will take place June 5 to 7, 2026, with the pre-party kicking off June, at The Rave/Eagles Ballroom in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Early bird tickets can be found here. More bands will be announced soon.
