Marilyn Manson is teasing a new song and video, apparently to be released via Nuclear Blast Records, with a 1 minute, 10 second teaser clip posted to social media Wednesday, May 15, 2024. It will be his first new music since his 2020 album “We Are Chaos” and since numerous women accused him of sexual abuse in 2021.
The allegations against Manson derailed his music and acting careers, as he was dropped by former label Loma Vista Recordings, talent agency Creative Artists and longtime manager Tony Ciulla, and removed from multiple TV series in which he was to appear. Facing multiple civil lawsuits, Manson has maintained his innocence, filing countersuits for defamation and reaching at least one out-of-court settlement.
New music is not unexpected as Manson previously announced a summer tour supporting Five Finger Death Punch, as well as three headline shows with Slaughter to Prevail. These will be his first live shows since 2019.
