Following the announcement of upcoming headline performances at both Decibel Magazine Metal & Beer Fest and its own “Bonded by Blood” 40th anniversary shows, veteran thrash metal band Exodus has unleashed a slew of additional spring 2025 U.S. tour stops and festival dates—altogether dubbed the “Swarm of Horror” tour.
This will be the first Exodus tour since the announcement that the band had parted ways with longtime frontman Steve “Zetro” Souza and welcomed back vocalist Rob Dukes. Dukes previously fronted Exodus from 2005 to 2014 and appeared on four studio albums. Souza had three separate stints with Exodus, from 1986 to 1993, 2002 to 2004 and 2014 to 2025. He appeared on eight studio albums, including the band’s most recent, “Persona Non Grata” (2021).
Beginning directly after the “Bonded by Blood” 40th anniversary shows, the tour will start April 27 in Phoenix, Arizona, and visit several markets across the central United States before ending May 13 in Asheville, North Carolina. Amid the tour, Exodus will perform at Sonic Temple, Welcome to Rockville and Milwaukee Metal Fest. All regular tour dates will feature support from Deicide and Misfire (support bands will not appear on festival dates).
