Milwaukee Metal Fest will return May 14 to 16, 2027, at The Rave/Eagles Club in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, with its first wave of band announcements led by Meshuggah.
The Swedish band will celebrate its 40th anniversary with a headline set and will be joined on Friday by thrash metal vets Testament and New Orleans sludge legends Crowbar. Doom metal masters Yob and grindcore stalwarts Pig Destroyer and Repulsion also will appear during the festival. Many more bands will be announced soon.
Passes and tickets will go on sale here at 10 a.m. CDT Friday, Oct. 30.
The festival also will include a pre-party on May 13.
Milwaukee Metal Fest 2027 will showcase a wide range of metal styles, including death metal, doom, hardcore, metalcore, thrash, industrial and underground extremity, with performances spread across multiple stages throughout the venue. In addition to live music, the festival will feature a dedicated floor for merchandise and collectibles.
